Our region, comprised of Texas and Louisiana is growing so quickly for our Dexter Cattle breeders. Each month we are gaining more breeders who fall in love with this breed. With that growth, comes more needs pertaining to marketing, education and overall herd management education.
This website and knowledge base was created for you, the backbone of this breed. With the help of Mike Perez, of Premont Dexter Cattle, we are working to bring you resources, support and education in one location. This project is ever evolving. I will continue to upload ideas, research and update topics. Please understand that some of the information on this site is subjective advice and I encourage you to reach out to others for more opinions. The goal of this project is to help other Dexter breeders be successful in their ranching goals.
