The BOD is comprised of officers ( President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Registrar and Web,) and the Regional Directors holding office from across the country. The ADCA Board of Directors meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month for a regular meeting and during special session meetings as needed. Some information is not available to the public as it was held under executive session. Executive session is only used when confidential discussions take place.
